My Foolproof Golden Crispy Chicken

Hey Reader,

This week we are making crispy Parmesan crusted chicken with cheesy scalloped potatoes, skillet green beans, and eggnog muffins for dessert!

And we're kicking it into hosting gear and making coconut date balls that are perfect for gifting, chocolate chip cheesecake dip, pigs in a blanket, and festive mistletoe mimosas!

On the Menu:

• Main: Parmesan Crusted Chicken - This easy and foolproof chicken is golden, crispy, and loaded with flavor—the kind of meal that looks like you put in extra effort.

• Sides: Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - Tender, thinly sliced potatoes are baked in a rich, creamy sauce for a side you’ll fall in love with after just one bite.

• Sides: Skillet Green Beans - Made in just one pan and infused with garlic and lemon with just the right amount of red pepper.

• Dessert: Spiced Eggnog Muffins - Loaded with a double dose of eggnog, these cakelike muffins are full of warm cinnamon and nutmeg flavors.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy and share with others!

• Savory Party Appetizer: Pigs In A Blanket - This is one of those timeless party foods that brings back good memories. Excellent served with my Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce.

• Sweet Party Appetizer: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip - It’s a perfect party dip that comes together in just 5 minutes with simple pantry ingredients.

• Homemade Christmas Gift: Coconut Date Balls - These classic Christmas cookies are perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea and ideal to give to friends and neighbors.

• Cocktail: Mistletoe Mimosas - Looking for a holiday drink that’s as stunning as it is delicious? Sparkling apple juice, crisp Prosecco, and festive frozen fruits bring a delightful blend of sweet and bubbly to any celebration.
