Slow Cooker Balsamic Brown Sugar Pork Roast

Hey Reader,

This week we are making crock pot balsamic and brown sugar glazed pork roast, roasted broccoli, Boursin mashed potatoes, and Neiman Marcus cake for dessert.

And The Weekend Spread, to help you relax with friends and family, featuring: Waldorf chicken salad, the best meat marinade, lemon poppy seed muffins, and deviled egg pasta salad.

On the Menu:

• Main: Crock Pot Glazed Pork Roast - This balsamic and brown sugar pork cooks low and slow until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, then that sweet-tangy glaze goes on top and makes it feel honestly impressive.

• Sides: Easy Roasted Broccoli - Fresh broccoli, roasted with olive oil, nutty Parmesan cheese, and crunchy homemade breadcrumbs might just be the best, most simple side dish ever!

• Sides: Boursin Mashed Potatoes - These herby potatoes taste like like someone took the simplest Southern comfort food and gave it a little glow-up.

• Dessert: Neiman Marcus Cake - Start with a yellow cake mix and a few pantry staples for my go-to Southern dessert that's rich, buttery, and foolproof.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy all weekend long.

• Breakfast: Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - With little pops of poppy seeds in every bite and a sweet, buttery topping, this recipe is great for an afternoon snack with a cup of coffee or tea.

• Lunch: Waldorf Chicken Salad - Made with everyday ingredients, comes together in no time, and is just the kind of dish that makes lunch feel a little special.

• Side: Deviled Egg Pasta Salad - The perfect combo of deviled eggs, macaroni, and smokey bacon tossed in a creamy dressing.

• For Grilling: The Best Meat Marinade - If you're planning on doing some grilling this weekend, you need to try this marinade. Bursting with fresh herbs and simple ingredients, it does double duty—infusing rich, savory flavor while tenderizing even the toughest cuts.

Creamy sweet potatoes, rich flavor, toasted marshmallows, and a buttery topping with pecans and coconut. It’s classic, a little dressed up, and so good on the table.
