The Best Creamy White Chicken Chili

Hey Reader,

This week we are making white chicken chili with sour cream cornbread, my family's favorite chopped side salad, and Neiman Marcus cake for dessert.

And The Weekend Spread, to help you relax with friends and family, featuring: pimento cheese bites, honeycrisp apple muffins, sausage and cheese frittata, and apple cider mimosas.

On the Menu:

• Main: White Chicken Chili - This chili is smooth, flavorful, and ready in about 30—making it perfect for a quick and filling weeknight meal!

• Side: Sour Cream Cornbread - Sweet, rich, and delicious, you’d never believe this is a short-cut recipe!

• Side: Family Favorite Chopped Salad - A side dish that’s light and healthy, with beautifully chopped ingredients that you’ll get in each yummy bite.

• Dessert: Neiman Marcus Cake - Start with a yellow cake mix and a few pantry staples for my go-to Southern dessert that's rich, buttery, and foolproof.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy all weekend long.

• Breakfast: Sausage Frittata - It’s a great make-ahead breakfast or brunch that reheats well and can be customized with loads of different ingredients.

• Cocktail: Apple Cider Mimosas - My favorite quick cocktail for fall mornings or holiday brunch — simple, sparkly, and always a hit.

• Appetizer: Pimento Cheese Bites - Phyllo cups filled with pimento cheese and topped with red pepper jelly for the perfect combination of sweet and savory!

• Snack: Honeycrisp Apple Muffins - These bakery-style apple muffins are quick to whip up and make a delicious and healthy snack or treat.
