The Taco Recipe That Saved Dinner

Hey Reader,

This week we are having family taco night with crock pot taco meat, Mexican rice, restaurant-style pinto beans, and easy avocado salsa!

And The Weekend Spread, to help you relax with friends and family, featuring: Mexican quinoa salad, apple cinnamon pull-apart bread, and air fryer hot dogs topped with chili sauce!

On the Menu:

• Main: Crock Pot Taco Meat - Cooking taco meat in the slow cooker is a game-changer. Throw everything in, let it simmer, and done!

• Side: Pinto Beans - This no-soak recipe transforms dried beans into tender, creamy perfection in your pressure cooker.

• Side: Mexican Rice - Quick-cooking rice is ready in no time and has the same authentic flavors from your favorite Mexican restaurant.

• Side: Avocado Salsa - Fresh avocados, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion, all tossed in a bright lime dressing and ready in minutes.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy all weekend long.

• Lunch or Side: Mexican Quinoa Salad - Use leftovers from taco night to make this vibrant salad that's perfect for a weekday lunch or side dish for dinner.

• Breakfast or Brunch: Apple Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread - Simple to make using store-bought biscuits, it features warm spices and sweet apples layered between buttery dough.

• March Madness Party Food: Air Fryer Hot Dogs with Chili Sauce - The ultimate topping for dogs, this meaty, tangy, slightly sweet sauce is simmered in just the right combination of herbs and spices.

If you need a quick Easter dessert that looks festive but doesn’t keep you tied to the stove, this is the one I’d start with. Easy No-Bake Bird’s Nest Cookies Try This Recipe Pin for...
