Meaty Crock Pot Sloppy Joes

Hey Reader,

This week we are making crock pot Sloppy Joes, with potato salad, creamy pea salad, and no-bake cherry delight in jars for dessert.

And The Weekend Spread, to help you relax with friends and family, featuring: creamy fruit or dessert dip, blueberry sour cream muffins for breakfast, Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce that's perfect for grilling season, and buffalo chicken flatbread to snack on while you watch The Derby.

On the Menu:

• Main: Crock Pot Sloppy Joes - I put everything in the slow cooker in the morning, and I’m ready to go by dinner time.

• Sides: Southern Potato Salad - With simple, classic ingredients, this potato salad is creamy, tangy, a little sweet, and full of that old-fashioned flavor you love.

• Sides: Classic Creamy Pea Salad - Spoon up a big helping and savor every single bite of this sweet and savory salad of peas, bacon, cheese, and onion tossed in a vibrant creamy dressing.

• 🍒 Dessert: No-Bake Cherry Delight Jars - Cherry Delight served in jars is a sure-fire winner that's sweet, creamy, and sure to become a family favorite.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy all weekend long.

• Breakfast: Blueberry Sour Cream Muffins - Soft, tender muffins loaded with juicy blueberries topped with a sweet lemony glaze are a homemade breakfast that’s hard to resist!

• App or Dessert: Creamy Fruit Dip - Made with Greek yogurt and cream cheese, this super delicious and versatile dip can served with fresh fruit, cookies, or pound cake for a refreshing treat or snack!

• Sauce: Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce - It's grilling season, and you'll want to have a bottle of this spicy and tangy sauce on hand to serve with pulled pork, ribs, and your favorite chicken!

• Main or Snack: Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza - Loaded with spicy buffalo chicken piled on tender bread with a slathering of ranch dressing, then sprinkled with blue cheese.
