My shortcut caprese salad delivers all the flavor I love about this iconic recipe without any extra fuss. I bring my caprese pasta salad to every summer cookout, potluck, and covered dish supper. Then I decided to channel my passion for caprese salad into a recipe using strawberries instead of tomatoes. The results? Amazing!
