The Ultimate Summer Cookout Menu

Hey Reader,

This week we are making grilled BBQ chicken legs with classic potato salad, a fresh feta watermelon salad, and watermelon cooler cocktails.

And for 4th of July Weekend, to help you relax with friends and family, we are making: a pineapple bacon cheese ball, crock pot pork ribs, bacon ranch pasta salad, and air fryer corn on the cob.

On the Menu:

• Main: Grilled BBQ Chicken Legs - The ultimate summer cookout food—there’s nothing quite like sweet, sticky homemade BBQ sauce slathered over juicy grilled chicken legs!

• Side: Southern Potato Salad - With simple, classic ingredients, this potato salad is creamy, tangy, a little sweet, and full of that old-fashioned flavor you love.

• Side: Watermelon Feta Salad - With the perfect mix of sweet and savory flavor, this watermelon and feta salad is refreshing and super easy to make!

• Cocktail: Watermelon Cooler Cocktail - It’s like taking a big bite of succulent, sweet watermelon with a little extra something special added.
