The Weeknight Dinner That Feels Like Sunday

Hey Reader,

This week we are making crock pot chicken Parmesan, served with an everyday side salad, a super simple caprese salad, and easy garlic knots.

And The Weekend Spread, to help you relax with friends and family, featuring: snickerdoodle cheesecake bars, crock pot beef roast, Southwest ranch dip, and peachy rose sangria to sip on.

On the Menu:

• Main: Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan - Get that golden breaded chicken, rich marinara sauce, and that blanket of melted mozzarella on top without standing over a hot stove all evening.

• Side: Caprese Salad - This shortcut recipe delivers everything you love about iconic caprese, without any extra fuss, for a salad that's fresh, simple, and bursting with flavor.

• Side: Easy Green Salad - My family never grows tired of this salad because there are endless ways to make it your own when you use your favorite greens, veggies, and toppings!

• Bread: Buttery Garlic Knots - Never will I ever pass up garlic bread, and these buttery, garlicky knots are beyond easy to make with store-bought biscuit dough.

The Weekend Spread:

Not a menu, but some of my favorite seasonal recipes to enjoy all weekend long.

• Dessert: Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Bars - This decadent, cinnamon-sugary treat has three layers of deliciousness and is perfect for any occasion.

• Main: Crock Pot BBQ Beef Roast - Tender, juicy beef pot roast, cooked low and slow in homemade BBQ sauce, is one of life’s simple pleasures!

• Snack: Southwest Ranch Dip - This creamy dip has a little kick of spice and is crazy delicious served with carrots, celery, chips, or use it as a sandwich or burger spread!

• Cocktail: Peachy Rose Sangria - Flavored with fresh fruit, peach juice and Schnapps, Rosé wine is transformed into something special for a refreshing summertime drink.
