What’s for Dinner? Let This Plan Do the Work

Hey Reader!

If your summer evenings look anything like mine, they’re best spent with something good on the table and time to actually enjoy it. This week’s meal plan is easygoing and full of simple dishes that don’t ask much from you—but still bring plenty to the table.

This Week's Meal Plan

Air Fryer Roasted Nuts: Warm, toasty, and perfectly seasoned. The kind of snack that disappears fast—great for nibbling while dinner finishes.

Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken Wings: Crispy, juicy, and packed with bright flavor. A no-fuss main dish that always hits the spot.

Italian Pasta Salad: Colorful, zippy, and full of fresh crunch. Make it ahead and let the flavors deepen overnight.

Zucchini Cheese Quick Bread: Soft, cheesy, and just a bit savory. Great with everything from wings to salad—or as a late-night snack.

Chocolate Dip: Silky, rich, and ridiculously easy. Add fruit, pretzels, or marshmallows and call it dessert.

Tequila Sunrise Cocktail: Sweet, citrusy, and a little celebratory. Perfect for winding down—or kicking things off.

Meal Prep Tips to Save Time

Marinade in Advance: Mix the lemon-garlic marinade early and let the wings soak while you prep the rest.
Make-Ahead Salad: Pasta salad loves a rest in the fridge—make it the night before and cross one thing off your list.
